Is One Drop covered by insurance?
Right now, One Drop is direct-to-consumer, so no insurance or prescriptions required. In other words, we are not currently covered but insurance but many subscription plans can be less than the price of a monthly co-pay! Visit our website for pricing.
We hope to work with insurance companies in the future to provide our devices and services at no cost to our customers, and we'll let you know as soon as we do.
My insurance company wants an itemized receipt
Some users have asked us to provide an itemized receipt that they then give to their insurance company for reimbursement. If this option is approved by your provider, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your itemized receipt.
Do you accept flex spending cards (HSA/FSA)?
Yes! One Drop is setup to process HSA/FSA cards and is classified by our credit card processor under Merchant Category Code 8099 (medical services). Note that HSA/FSA cards often have rules and regulations attached; so, if you run into any issues, please reach out to your card's bank/administrator.
