Have you been syncing your One Drop | Chrome readings with your One Drop | Mobile app?

One Drop | Premium users have the ability to manually order unlimited strips so long as they are syncing their meter with the One Drop | Mobile app. It's important that users are testing and syncing. For this reason, our system will automatically place a hold on users who order >300 test strips/month without syncing >300 readings/month.
