If you'd like to change your existing One Drop | Experts program (On-Track or On-Call), just ask your One Drop | Expert through the in-app chat or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by going into My Account.
NOTE: If you cancel a monthly plan, your subscription continues through the end of your current 30-day period, and your next recurring payment won't be charged. If you cancel an annual plan, your subscription continues through the end of your annual period, and won't renew. We will not provide partial refunds for cancelled annual subscriptions.
