How do I cancel? What is your cancellation policy?

Looking to change your test strip subscription (number of strips, billing/shipping frequency) or having an issue? E-mail us at customerservice@onedrop.today.

If you still want to cancel, follow the steps below. 

1. Access My Account (https://start.onedrop.today/account)

2. Click the button that says "Manage Subscriptions."


3. Click the button that says "Cancel subscription."

★ Cancellations must be made prior to your next monthly or annual recharge date to prevent recurring charges. 

  • If you cancel a monthly or quarterly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current subscription period. You will not incur additional charges. 
  • If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your annual period. Your annual subscription will not renew, and you will not incur additional charges.

We cannot provide refunds for previous monthly subscription charges, nor do we provide prorated (partial) refunds for cancelled annual subscriptions.
