We do not support a multi-device environment at this time. Many people use our app on their iPad or other tablet but One Drop is not tablet optimized. Because of this, the app may not translate perfectly and you will experience difficulties if you try to use the One Drop glucose meter with an Android tablet or iOS.
Additionally, the iPad does not support HealthKit -- a critical component of Our One Drop app. Because we don't officially support multiple devices, mixing data from iPad and iPhone will likely result in lost data/data issues.
Please do not contact One Drop support with table use concerns. We are unable to resolve tablet issues at this time. We apologize!
