How to get started with your Expert

One Drop | Experts gives you 24/7 access to live Certified Diabetes Educators (CDEs) through chat in the One Drop app. Your Expert is here to support and advise you as you manage diabetes! This service is included with all One Drop test strip subscriptions.

Here's how to get started with your Expert:

New to One Drop?

1. Download One Drop | Mobile from Apple App Store or Google Play Store

2. Register your purchase: Open One Drop | Mobile app and tap "Register your Purchase". Not sure or having trouble? E-mail us at customerservice@onedrop.today.

3. Enter email: Enter the email address you used for your One Drop | Experts or One Drop test strip subscription purchase and tap "Continue"

4. Create an account: Enter your name and pick a password for your account. Tap "Create My Account".

5. Terms & Privacy: Read and agree to One Drop Terms and Privacy. 

6. Check your email: One Drop will send you an email with a link. Make sure to check your spam folder and mark One Drop as a safe sender. Follow the link to verify your purchase and open One Drop | Mobile.

7. Get started! Tap the "Get Started with One Drop | Experts" banner on your home screen. Follow the prompts to complete signup and meet your coach.

Already have a One Drop | Mobile account?

1. Login correctly: Make sure that you are logged into the One Drop | Mobile app using the email or social login that you used to purchase your subscription. If you're not sure or are having trouble, email us at customerservice@onedrop.today and we're happy to help! 

2. Enable notifications from One Drop: You will receive a notification whenever you get a new message from your Expert, and to get these notifications, they need to be turned on. Here’s how:

  • Tap Settings (top right corner of homescreen).
  • Tap "Notifications & Permissions."
  • Tap "Enable Push Notifications"
  • Make sure that ALL notification categories are enabled (indicated by the color green).

3. Get started!  Tap "Get Started with One Drop | Experts" and follow the on-screen prompts to get set up.
