One Drop Support

Sync One Drop | Mobile & Dexcom

Are you a One Drop | Mobile user AND Dexcom user? Now you can seamlessly sync your Dexcom data with One Drop! Here's how:

1. Update One Drop | Mobile to latest app version. 

2. Open One Drop | Mobile.

3. Tap Settings icon to access "My Account".

4. Tap "Linked Accounts".

5. Tap Dexcom. 

6. Login using Dexcom account info (Email & Password).

7. Any new Dexcom data will be recorded in One Drop.


★ Historical data (prior to syncing Dexcom and One Drop) will not appear in One Drop. Only new Dexcom data will be synced with One Drop | Mobile.

★ There is a 3-hour delay with data transfer from Dexcom to One Drop | Mobile. This delay has been established by Dexcom for legal/FDA reasons. This is a decision their company has made that One Drop cannot adjust.

★ Linked Accounts with Dexcom is only available to users with a US-based Dexcom account. This is a decision their company has made that One Drop cannot adjust.
