My Chrome blood glucose readings won't sync / transfer!


FIRST: Make sure your One Drop | Chrome is paired to your phone. Look for ONE DROP or serial number in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Need help with initial pairing? Click here.

Syncing Troubleshooting

Cycle through these syncing steps. Your Chrome will likely sync prior to step 8!

  1. Let Chrome turn off. Count to 30.
  2. Try data transfer by lightly tapping the Chrome button to cycle through BG readings OR take a new BG reading. Count to 30.
  3. Let Chrome turn off & force quit One Drop | Mobile. Count to 30.
  4. Re-open One Drop | Mobile. Count to 30.
  5. Try data transfer by lightly tapping the Chrome button to cycle through BG readings OR take a new BG reading. Count to 30.
  6. Let Chrome turn off and turn off phone Bluetooth. Count to 30.
  7. Turn on phone Bluetooth. Count to 30.
  8. Try data transfer by lightly tapping the Chrome button to cycle through BG readings OR take a new BG reading.
